How it settles

Toronto Police Service Public Safety Data Portal, "Auto Theft Open Data" (data.torontopolice.on.ca): Yes if the number of records with REPORT_DATE in calendar year 2026 is greater than the number with REPORT_DATE in calendar year 2025, both counted on the first release that covers 31 December 2026. Patron archives that release; later revisions do not change the outcome. If no release covers 31 December 2026 by 31 March 2027, every position is refunded.
