Toronto Police Service Public Safety Data Portal, "Auto Theft Open Data" (data.torontopolice.on.ca): the number of records with REPORT_DATE from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive (Toronto time), on the first release that covers 31 December 2026. Patron archives that release; later revisions do not change the outcome. If no release covers 31 December 2026 by 31 March 2027, every position is refunded. Brackets include the lower bound and exclude the upper bound.
